Our Team

Todd Taylor

As Vice President of Client Services and Business Development for ACS Architectural Construction Services, Todd oversees key client relationships and is the company’s primary new business contact person. He works with all four ACS offices to identify opportunities in their core competencies of Program Management, Store Planning and Design, Architecture and Construction Management.

Prior to joining ACS, Todd served as Vice President of Design for Darden Restaurants, where he was responsible for new restaurant design and renovation of the existing portfolio. Todd was instrumental in developing new and innovative solutions to improve the guest experience while addressing operational challenges.

Prior to his 13 years with Darden, he held management, planning and design positions with Marriott/Ritz Carlton Vacation Club, Walt Disney Imagineering and The Limited Brands. With over three decades serving the hospitality, retailing, entertainment, and food & beverage industries, Todd has a broad perspective of the collaborative nature of the common elements, needs and trends in these industries.

He earned his BA from Dartmouth College and a Masters Degree in Architecture and Design from the University of Cincinnati.

Mary Taylor

Mary Taylor serves as the Treasurer of the RIPITT Foundation, Inc.  As Trent’s mother, this foundation is very dear to her heart. She will always be involved and a driving force behind the philanthropic work of the foundation in memory of him.

Mary has recently retired from Diane Meiller & Associates, Inc., after 12 years of service and is enjoying her granddaughter, traveling and supporting the Cincinnati Bengals!

Prior to joining DM&A., Mary was involved in the dentistry field and was a practicing Registered Nurse for over twenty years in Cincinnati. She earned her RN degree from Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Doug DeJarnatt

Doug DeJarnatt serves as Sponsorship Co-Chair on the Board of the RIPITT Foundation. Since RIPITT was founded, Doug has been a supporter and volunteer to the board prior to joining in 2018.

With a background in Sales and Marketing, Doug works for Specialty Lighting Group in Connecticut and serves as Vice President of Sales for the Southeast. Prior to that Doug worked for Lutron Electronics, Color Kinetics, and Nestle USA. With 35 years experience in business, Doug hopes to help grow the reach and potential of the RIPITT foundation.

Prior to joining the business world, Doug got his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, where he played football for the Volunteers.

Doug is married to Donna DeJarnatt. Together they have 7 children and
14 Grandchildren. Doug and Donna reside in Astor, Florida with their 2 dogs.

Nima Ajabshir, Esq.

Board member Nima Ajabshir, Esq. is the Co-Founding Partner at South Florida Law, with an emphasis in Real Estate Law. He co-founded the firm in 2014 and has grown it from a 2-man practice, to currently a 12 team operation that is rapidly growing and continuing to expand.

Nima has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and that spirit has translated into his efforts in helping the RIPITT Foundation grow in different markets. Nima, was an integral part of the foundation’s first Annual Sunset Social wine tasting mixer held in Miami Beach, Florida. The Sunset Social grossed $35,000 for the foundation during its inaugural event in 2020.

Nima and Trent were very close friends at Florida State University and were in the same pledge class at the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. They were in business together both working in the bar and nightlife scene in event planning and marketing. Nima is extremely passionate about the foundation, its message and cause, and takes a lot of pride in being a board member. His relationship with Trent is what motivates Nima to help keep Trent’s memory alive through RIPITT.

Nima is a passionate sports fan, mainly rooting for Florida State football, the Miami Heat, and Miami Dolphins.

Donna DeJarnatt

Donna DeJarnatt is serving as Vice President of the RIPITTT Foundation, Inc.

Donna currently works as a Realtor® for Dalton Wade Real Estate Group in St. Petersburg, Florida. In addition to that Donna is Vice President for Inter-Vision Homes, Inc. and Workforce Homes, Inc.

Donna is married to Doug DeJarnatt and has 7 adult children, 14 Grandchildren.

Chas Malone

Chas Malone serves as a board member of the RIPITT Foundation, Inc. He currently works as a Project Manager for BST Global, a software firm headquartered in Tampa, FL. In his role, he is responsible for the implementation of enterprise software solutions to a global client base.

Chas attended Florida State University from 2008-2012 and graduated with degrees in Political Science and International Business. While at FSU, Chas and Trent were roommates and both members of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

Kyle Sims

Kyle currently works as a Technical Project Manager for BST Global, a software firm headquartered in Tampa, FL. He is responsible for the customization of enterprise software solutions to a global client base.

Kyle attended Florida State University from 2009-2012 and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity where he met Trent.

Ryan Mulligan

Ryan currently works in the wine and spirits industry as a Sales Director for Ste. Michelle Wine Estate.  With a demonstrated history of working within this industry, he is responsible for the retail sales throughout Florida and South Carolina.  Ryan is also an accomplished wine sommelier and holds a level one certification.

He attended the University of Central Florida as a member of the Class of 2013.  Ryan was a close friend of Trent from a young age having played soccer together throughout their youth and high school.

Erik Hunkemoeller

Erik currently works for the Winback Group, a medical device company headquartered in Stamford, CT, as Manager – College Athletics. Erik is responsible for developing and growing relationships with collegiate athletic programs, supporting athletic training and sports performance staffs, and expanding Winback’s presence within college athletics. In his role, Erik focuses on driving new business opportunities while maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients across the collegiate landscape.

A close family friend of the Taylors, Erik, has been involved with the RIPITT Foundation for several years and serves as the communications chair on the board to help continue growing the reach and impact of the organization.

Erik attended Capital University in Columbus, Ohio from 2013–2017, where he earned his degree in marketing. He currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his fiancé Amelia and their dog, Ocho.
